Bridal Shower

Fiechter and Tricia
Plattner are getting married tomorrow morning. A couple of weeks ago we had an all church singing shower for them in Leo. It was entitled "A Night in Paris". For some of us, that is the closest we may ever get. Thanks to some creative and energetic members on the committee, we had the little cafe scene that you see here where Kyle and Trish sat. They sipped on coffee while Tyler interviewed them and they shared their story.
We served French style deserts with coffee, and iced mint tea.
To add to the
ambiance we dressed up a little. This is Eden, Trent and Heidi Schrock's daughter.
And, of course, Tyler, who donned French style facial hair.
The added barret and scarf finished it off well. We had some special musical numbers by Connie Beer and Jenny Sauder, accompanied by Connie's son Shane. Also, Erica Sauder sang, accompanied by Tyler and Cecily.

I had another chance to wear my Easter hat, since this is definitely a very French look.
